YOUR ROLE IN REPORTING WORKPLACE INJURIES
We are committed to participate with you, our partners, in the prevention of injuries and disease, and to promote proactive workplace attitudes to achieve and maintain a high standard of health, safety and security. It is a joint effort and commitment towards Health and Safety shared by management, shift leaders, and partners that will contribute to a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.
When someone is injured on the job we want to ensure that if required they receive medical attention as soon as possible and we report the injury to Caitlyn: 206-234-9749 and/ or Theo: 206-734-2084 immediately to ensure they are set up for a successful recovery and return to work. Timely return to work helps injured employees return to suitable job tasks while they are recovering. The primary focus is safe, timely return to work.

If you are injured while at work, you are required to immediately report the injury to a manager.

If workplace illness or injury prevents you from returning to your regular duties, we may offer modified duties suited to the situation, which will help then stay productive, avoid wage loss, and keep a positive connection to the workplace. If you are eligible for modified duties, they will be paid full wages. Modified (light or alternate) duties are temporary and should not impede your recovery.
